My grandmother once told me to always smile at someone, because you never know what they are going through. ⁣ ⁣ There is so much hostility and negativity in this world, and while we can’t solve all of the problems, we can try and make someone’s day just slightly better with positivity. And, of course, you can make your own day better with even a sliver of it. Life can get really really REALLY tough sometimes. We all have stories and experiences. But just remember that there’s always another day coming, or another hour, minute, second. Whenever you get frustrated, let yourself get frustrated, but eventually counteract with something positive. Eat your favorite meal, do something that you love...take time for yourself. ⁣ ⁣ I started this blog a little over a year ago because I had a passion for self care. For me, it’s SO important to leave time for myself or I get swept up in the craziness of life. And I know that I’m not in this boat alone. Happy Monday everyone! Let’s start it out with some good vibes, shall we?⁣ ⁣ I’m so tired of gloomy Monday’s, so let’s make a pact. Instead of dreading the start of the week, let’s be grateful for it. Grateful that we have the chance to restart our week and achieve something new. This week, I’m really grateful for meditation. It’s something I’ve found through yoga training, and I literally have not felt so confident and focused in my entire life.
